Who is responsible
Crew Blo Marble Kiosk Limited, company number 735928, is responsible for personal data it processes in connection with crewblomarblekiosk.lat. Our registered office is 27 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 F583, Ireland. Privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected].
Website access and technical records
Delivering a page requires the hosting infrastructure to receive technical information such as your IP address, requested resource, request time and browser headers. Operational or security logs may record this information. We use such processing for the legitimate interests of providing a reliable website, diagnosing errors and preventing abuse, subject to applicable data-protection law. The supplied site does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics, account registration or behavioural profiling.
The local question tool
The Contact tool prepares text in your browser. Its code does not transmit form entries to us, place them in localStorage or save them to a server. The review remains in page memory while you use it. Your browser may independently retain form history or restore a page session according to your settings.
If you select Copy question, the text is written to your clipboard with browser permission. If you select Download .txt, the text is saved as a file on your device. You control subsequent sharing and deletion. Closing the page does not remove a downloaded file or necessarily clear your clipboard.
Email correspondence
If you send an email, we receive your address, message, attachments and any other information you provide. We use these to handle your enquiry, consider corrections and maintain necessary correspondence records. Our legal basis is normally our legitimate interest in responding to communications; legal obligations may also require retention or disclosure. Do not send sensitive personal data or information you are not authorised to share.
Recipients and international processing
Hosting, infrastructure and email service providers may process technical records or correspondence on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed where lawfully required, or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal data. Where a transfer outside the European Economic Area requires safeguards, applicable transfer mechanisms, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual protections, must be used.
Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, including security, outstanding enquiries and legal requirements. Routine correspondence is reviewed for deletion when no longer needed; records relevant to a dispute may be retained longer. We apply proportionate safeguards, but no website or email service can guarantee absolute security. Please ask us if you need information about retention relevant to a specific enquiry.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate identity checks and will normally respond within one month, with lawful extensions explained when applicable.
You may complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission or another competent supervisory authority. You do not need to contact us first to exercise that right.

External resources have their own privacy practices. Following a link may disclose information to the destination website. We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change; the effective date identifies the applicable version. See Managing Cookies for browser-storage information.
