Website terms / Effective 1 January 2026

Conditions of Use

Use this website as an independent educational resource, not as authority to operate, modify or approve a battery system.

Operator and scope

This website is operated by Crew Blo Marble Kiosk Limited, company number 735928, with its registered office at 27 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 F583, Ireland. Questions about these terms should be sent to [email protected]. These conditions apply to use of crewblomarblekiosk.lat and its local browser tools.

Educational information only

Our articles explain research mechanisms and engineering considerations. They are not professional engineering advice, product specifications, certification, installation approval or instructions for a particular battery. No universal temperature threshold, charging rate or thermal design is promised. Always follow applicable law, manufacturer instructions and qualified engineering assessment.

Do not bypass battery protections, charge an incompatible or damaged battery, obstruct ventilation or apply unapproved heat on the basis of this website. The site is not monitored as an emergency service. Use the appropriate emergency and equipment-support channels for unsafe conditions.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to write accurately and to distinguish evidence from inference, but research, standards and products change. We do not guarantee that every page is complete, current, error-free or suitable for your particular purpose. Confirm source documents and current requirements before relying on them. Access may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn without a guarantee of continuous availability.

Local tools and communications

The Contact tool constructs plain text on your device. Preparing, copying or downloading a question does not send it to us. You are responsible for reviewing the text, choosing where it is shared and protecting downloaded files. Email correspondence does not create a consultancy, confidentiality or service relationship merely because a message is sent. Do not submit material you lack permission to disclose.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may read, link to and make personal reference copies of the content. Any quotation or reuse must respect applicable copyright exceptions, attribution requirements and third-party rights. Wider republication or commercial reuse requires appropriate permission unless the law provides otherwise. Names and marks of laboratories, standards bodies and other organisations belong to their respective owners.

Do not use the website to distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability or misrepresent our content as certification or endorsement. Nothing in these terms prevents lawful security research conducted responsibly and without unauthorised harm.

External resources and independence

Links are provided for context. We do not control external content or guarantee its availability or practices. Mention of an organisation, chemistry, standard or product does not imply affiliation, endorsement or that the organisation reviewed this website.

Liability and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from inappropriate reliance on general information, third-party resources, interrupted access or user-controlled sharing of locally prepared text. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or any protected statutory rights. These terms do not override mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought before the courts with lawful jurisdiction; no clause removes non-waivable rights. Changes take effect when published with an updated effective date. The Privacy notice and Cookies page explain data handling separately.
